Refund policy

At 2011 Music Group, we want you to love your merch as much as we do! 💚 All sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

The only exception is if your item arrives damaged. If that happens, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same item whenever possible.

To initiate an exchange for damaged merchandise:


📧 Email us at natalie@2011musicgroup.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll get you taken care of ASAP so you can get back to repping your favorite artist. 🖤
